Şişecam Enerji A.Ş. performs wholesale and retail sales of electricity in Turkish electricity market within the scope of the “Supply License” dated 10/07/2014 with Number ETS/51174/03067 it has obtained from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
Şişecam Energy puts electricity into service of the consumers by offering cost advantage to energy demands of industrialists and business firms in all sectors which are named as the “Free Consumers”, by generating a synergy with the power generation capacity of Şişecam.
Along with discounted electric sales to end consumers, energy trade in high volumes is performed with other electricity market participants in reciprocal agreements market.
The Company performs 2 billion kWh electric energy trade annually.
